A renowned group of the best loved social venues is seeking a hands-on Area General Manager to lead 2-3 sites. This is a key role for an entrepreneurial leader to drive growth and operational excellence.

The Role:

• Provide hands-on leadership and oversee daily operations across multiple sites.
• Coach and develop venue managers to hit performance and profit targets.
• Identify and deliver new revenue opportunities in events, sales, and marketing.
• Uphold top-tier financial, operational, and guest service standards.
• Help shape future strategy and new venue openings.
