Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer
E. Kilbride
Hours: 45 hours per week (Day Shift)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
We are seeking a reliable and qualified Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer to join the team on a full-time, day-shift basis. This role is based primarily in E. Kilbride, with the requirement to travel to the Morpeth site once per month.
Key Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Day shift, 45 hours per week
- Salary circa £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
- Electrician qualifications required
- Monthly site visit to Morpeth is essential
- Teams interview (camera required)
- Full uniform provided
General Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations
- Diagnose electrical faults and undertake remedial works as required
- Ensure compliance with current wiring regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and complete test reports and documentation
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance and support reactive maintenance tasks
- Liaise with site management and colleagues to ensure safe and efficient work practices
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
