Private Client Paralegal – Glasgow
A well-known national firm in central Glasgow is seeking to hire an experience Private Client Paralegal to support its team.

The day to day:
Providing a platform for you to create, develop and maintain client relations with an emphasis on helping the firm bring in new business expanding with the firm as it's rapidly growing.
- Providing timely and sound legal support on a range of Estate administration, Wills and powers of attorney and Guardianships
- Manage a varied caseload effectively and independently
- Remain up to date about the latest developments in the field including CPD requirements
- Draft, review and manage legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and investigate the facts on each case
- Liaise with the client and relevant parties
- Manage client expectations by adopting a proactive approach
Are you the right Candidate?
Determine to find somebody with around 3+ years existing Private Client experience in Glasgow.
- Excellent people skills – confidence and capable of working as part of a bigger team across multiple locations
- Strong general administrative skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Calm under pressure, good organisational skills and excellent time management - with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
