Opportunity for a General Manager to lead a premium steak and seafood restaurant, renowned for its exceptional dry-aged Scottish beef, quality produce, and refined presentation. It offers a relaxed fine dining atmosphere with a strong emphasis on wine knowledge, exceptional guest experience, and meticulous attention to detail.

The General Manager will take full ownership of the venue, driving performance, leading the team, and ensuring every guest experience is exceptional. This is a hands-on leadership role for a natural operator who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for high-end hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, from service and staffing to maintaining the highest standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the management and front-of-house team.
• Drive sales and profitability through exceptional service, guest focus, and strategic promotions.
• Manage budgets, costs, and stock to achieve financial targets.
• Uphold all operational, financial, and brand standards consistently.

• Has proven experience as a General Manager within a premium restaurant or fine dining environment.
• Possesses strong wine knowledge and a passion for detail-driven, guest-focused service.
