The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, youll oversee the full property sales cycle from start to finish. Youll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, valuing properties, managing investor relationships, and negotiating deals to completion. Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full property sales process from initial enquiry to deal completion
• Source and assess new property opportunities
• Conduct valuations and provide market advice to clients and investors
• Negotiate and close property deals with professionalism and accuracy
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and partners
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process

About You

Youll be confident, driven, and have a strong understanding of the property market. This role suits someone with previous experience in property sales or negotiations who enjoys managing relationships and taking ownership of deals.
