Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Glasgow - Up to £40,000 DOE

CBW has a new opportunity for a qualified air conditioning engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis on a static site in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial maintenance experience. Below are all of the details on this position.

Responsibilities:

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
• Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
• Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Full Drivers License

• Salary up to £40,000
