Job Title: Care home nurse
Location: Port Glasgow
Hours: 33 hours per week (days/nights available)
Salary: £23 per hour
We are looking for a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a reputable care home in Port Glasgow. The role:
* Deliver the highest standards of nursing care to our residents, ensuring their individual care needs are met.
* Administer medications, manage care plans, and liaise with healthcare professionals and families.
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, ensuring compliance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment in the care home.
* Participate in Service User assessments, reviews, and regular care evaluations.

Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration.
* Previous experience in a care home setting (desirable).

* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Satisfactory PVG/DBS check.
